The Adelaide International returned for 2023, with not one, but TWO back-to-back WTA and ATP tournaments!

Double the players, double the action, double the finals fever

From 1 – 8 January and 9 – 14 January, some of the world’s best players battled it out under the roof at The Drive for the chance to become champions.

Top seed Novak Djokovic pulled off a remarkable escape to snare the Adelaide International week 1 men’s singles title in a three-hour thriller, saving a championship point to deny American Sebastian Korda.
Aryna Sabalenka ended a 20-month title drought, delivering a masterful showing to end Czech teenager Linda Noskova’s dream run in the Adelaide International week 2 women’s singles final.

Soonwoo Kwon claimed victory in the week 2 men’s singles final over Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut in two hours and 43 minutes after entering the main draw as a lucky loser.
World. No 13 Belinda Bencic produced one of the most impressive performances of her career to record a dominant victory against Daria Kasatkina in the week 2 women’s singles final.
